Gym

today i went to the gym and ran for 15 minutes and then cycled for another 15 minutes. LOL MY STAMINA LEVEL IS SCREWED. if you ask me, i'm probably the least athletic person EVER. compared to everyone else in my grade, i suck so much. HAAAAAAAA.

Amy Winehouse

yesterday (saturday 23 july), a call came in to the police about someone finding a woman who was 27 years old deceased in her apartment. that lady was amy winehouse. she was found dead at approximately 3:54pm London time. when i heard the news, i was like in shock. that was a bit sudden. i mean like we haven't heard about her in so long and then suddenly the woman's dead. she had a talent. but sadly, it was sort of wasted. but her talent was tremendous and she is truly missed. RIP Amy Winehouse. ♡

Porque

why is it that no matter what accent you have, i mean like of the english language like southern, australian, irish, american, british or whatever, you still sing with an american accent? it's so cool.

and i ask this because westlife is irish but they sing with the strongest american accent. it's astounding.

Westlife

i used to love westlife when i was younger. nick and bryan were my favorites. oh and shane too. they were all so amazing. i went to their concert here in kl and i was just six. (Y) it was AMAZEBALLS. ahh, i love them still. i just went on a rampage downloading songs although i only downloaded like 8 songs lol but still. okay it's not really a rampage but i feel so rejuvenated in some way because it's basically my childhood. yes, my childhood was westlife. not harry potter. sorry potterheads. hehehe.

Makan

i had italian food for dinner today. it was gooooood. we had this salmon thing and mushroom soup (which was SO COOL) and i had ravioli. IT WAS AWESOME. lol, the waitress was funny. she's so. LOUD. LOL AND SO CHINESE. nothing wrong with that though. it was funny. she was like. EYYY WHERE IS DUR FOOD! NO LAH NO LAH THAT ONE IS TO THE THAT TABLE ONE. lol, i was laughing. bye.

Skype

i'm currently skyping with colin and shaun. very interesting.

Dinner

yesterday i had dinner with some friends at Gardens. we ate at Zouk Cafe and Bar. IT WAS good. i had some kind of bento thing. it was yummmmmmmmy. then we went to eat moo cow frozen yogurt. HEALTHY (Y) i had mine with strawberry jam. SO GOOD. yummmmmm.

the dinner was really fun, we started talking a lot and i couldn't stop laughing. AT ALL. i miss my friends. so much.
