So today I went to Pilates and got stretched in ALL. PLACES. My hamstrings, calves, quads, hips, back, 'abs' WINKWINK, arms, shoulders, FEET and even my neck... Anyways, as I was stretching out my legs with my legs straight in the air and my body stuck to the reformer, another instructor (I think his name was Andrew, idk.) said: OHMYGOD your legs can go all the way to Singapore! They're SO long. And I'm just lying there in pain like: no. lolol. no. my legs are weird. HAVE YOU SEEN BARBARA PALVIN'S? omg.
Anyways, if you don't know what a reformer is, it
a sled-like piece of equipment and something. I don't know how to explain it. So if for some weird reason, you want to know what exactly a reformer is, read here. And if you want to know, for some awkward reason, what Pilates is, HERE!
OH, and Barbara Palvin, she's a model. Her legs. I WOULD KILL.
