Healthy

I'm trying really hard to lead a healthy life nowadays. I try to exercise everyday and eat as healthy as I can. I've been cutting down on my carbs and I've been eating LEAN MEAT. Protein. I'm trying my hardest to move around during PE and I do sit-ups every other night. I'm also doing touch and I really like it. (Post on that later)

I hope this really works out.
